Workday consulting practice
The whole of Workday, run by people who have done it before.
Atlas AI Consulting is a full scope Workday practice. Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time, Recruiting and Compensation, delivered by senior consultants using tooling we built ourselves. On time, to budget, and with an audit line behind every change.
Chapter I
Nobody escalates a Workday problem until it has reached a person.
By the time a functional area is on your agenda, an employee has usually felt it first. That is not a tooling failure. It is what happens when nothing is watching between releases.
- 01Payroll is right until the one period it is not.A configuration change three weeks earlier lands on a single pay group, and the first report of it is a person who was paid wrong.
- 02Open enrolment slips on a file nobody owned.A carrier changes a format, the integration keeps reporting success, and the elections quietly stop arriving.
- 03An auditor asks who approved something in March. The answer exists somewhere between a ticket, a chat thread, and somebody's memory of a call.
- 04A release lands on a Saturday. Two functional areas are affected. You find out which on Monday, from the people using them.
Chapter II
Senior consultants, carrying instruments most practices do not have.
Every engagement is staffed by consultants who have run these areas in production, not by a pyramid of juniors learning on your tenant. What is different is what they carry: a toolkit built over years of this work, which does the checking a person should not be doing by hand.
That is where the AI sits. Not writing your configuration, and not making decisions. It reads what is already in the tenant, drafts what a consultant would otherwise assemble by hand, and flags what does not reconcile. A consultant still signs it.

Chapter III · one tenant, and everything that crosses its edge
Your estate does not sit still, so neither does the watching.
monitoring · week 0
Chapter IV · the estate, one level down
Every object, and everything that depends on it.
A read only harvest builds a picture of how your tenant is actually wired: which integrations feed which reports, which domains govern which processes, and what a change to any one of them would touch. It is why an amber on the board can name a cause rather than a symptom.
- Harvestread only. Nothing is written to your tenant to build the picture.
- Evidenceevery dependency is marked verified or inferred, and says which.
- Changesimulated first. Nothing reaches production unsimulated.
- Recordwho, what, when, and the check that passed, kept as it happens.
Representative estate. A client's map is client data and stays in their tenant.
Bring us the functional area you are least sure about. We will tell you what we find, and what it would take to hold it.
A working session is one conversation about one area with a senior consultant who has run it before. There is no deck. Write to hello@atlasaiconsultingllc.com and say which area it is.
